“Voluntarily” means an act done by design and intention;
“Weaponry” means any of the following kinds of
offensive material—
(a) artillery of all kinds;
(b) a firearm or other apparatus for the discharge of
bullets or other kinds of projectiles which are
designed to be lethal, whether solid, explosive or
gas diffusing;
(c) a flame-thrower;
(d) high or low explosive, whether or not manufactured
as a bomb, grenade or similar missile or device
and whether capable of use with a firearm or not,
including a fuse, detonator or timing device
therefor;
(e) biological or chemical warfare agents;
(f) any other offensive material declared by the
Minister, by notice in a statutory instrument, to be an
offensive material for the purposes of this definition;
“Writing” denotes any marks made upon paper or other
substance to express words or ideas, and includes marks
made by printing, lithography, photography, inscription,
engraving or any other process;
“Wrongful gain” means any benefit gained by or through
unlawful means, or property to which the person gaining is
not legally entitled;
“Wrongful loss” means any loss incurred by or through
unlawful means, or property to which the person losing it is
legally entitled.
(2) Terms not specifically defined herein, which are defined in
either the Code of Criminal Procedure Act, 2008, or the
Evidence Act, 2006, as in force from time to time, shall
have the meanings set forth in those Codes, unless the
context is inconsistent, and except where it is otherwise
expressly provided.
