BELIZE NATIONAL ICT STRATEGY 2011 - 2016 Stakeholders from across Belize have defined the Vision for Belize by utilizing and leveraging the power of ICTs. NATIONAL ICT VISION ACCELERATED DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVED QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL BELIZEANS THROUGH UNIVERSAL ACCESS AND WIDESPREAD USAGE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY.
