Section 22, first paragraph, first sentence, shall read: The Data Inspectorate and the Privacy Appeals Board may demand such data as are necessary to perform their functions. Section 23, second paragraph, shall read: The administrative decisions of the Data Inspectorate pursuant to the first paragraph may be appealed to the Privacy Appeals Board.
