Nyamara, ibitabo, inyandiko ndangabitabo, n’ibinyamakuru bigomba koherezwa, ntibifatwa nk’amabaruwa; 4° article of correspondence: a communication written on an unspecified physical support which must be conveyed and delivered to the address indicated by the shipper on the sending itself or on its conditioning. However, books, catalogues, newspapers and periodicals are not regarded as items of correspondence; 4° envoi de correspondance: communication écrite sur un support physique qui doit être acheminée et remise à l’adresse indiquée par l’expéditeur sur l’envoi lui-même ou sur son conditionnement.
